I started going here for waxing services because I was going away and my usual place was closed due to Covid, this place was able to get me in quickly, they use hard wax which is good so it doesn’t rip your skin off (especially in certain very sensitive areas!!) the staff are friendly and very thorough. They have package pricing which can save you if you plan on being a regular. The only con is the rooms are small and the position of the bed is right next to the door with no curtain so if the door opens you are very exposed! Other than that I like this place a highly recommend it

My daughter saw an esthetician here a few weeks ago, who totally messed her eyebrows up, I mean almost completely took them off. She was so upset but the esthetician didn't seem to care???? I mean literally walked in the back without a care in the world. The only reason we chose to come back because Olivia on the desk (she is also an esthetician) comp'd our service and gave us 20% off for next time.... My daughter booked with Olivia next time and couldn't be happier. We will only see her now.

Excellent. The staff are well trained in a variety of beauty treatments. I get my brows done here regularly. I don’t know what that negative reviewer was on about—mine are always well clean and well shaped. If I ask for thicker, more natural brows, I get thicker, more natural brows. If I ask for clean, shaped brows, that’s what I get.
