Working with Paula is an amazing experience. She knows her products well, and takes the time to talk with you to recommend what you actually need and want. Been going here for as long as I can remember because of honesty and not just trying to sell you any product.
My Love decided to come here so that he could be my colorist!! They have basically all you need and their prices are very reasonable. As far as my ?'s colorist skills..Oh well...we are not rating him anyway! Lol
Paula and Joyce are the best! They truly understand what customer service is all about. I have gone into other Boston Beauty locations but have not received the attention that I receive at this location. Paula is truly a superb make up artist and Joyce take the time to listen to what I am looking for and makes recommendations on products that will address my needs whether hair or make up. Kudos to these ladies!!?
