We have been going to this animal hospital for many years and have had so many great experiences especially with some not always friendly at the vet pets! But they did an exceptional job yesterday of helping my kiddos through the tough process of putting down our cat. They offered so many options and were so flexible as it was sudden and we needed to make sure our kids got to say goodbye. The compassion they give us all is always really amazing. Honest, caring and just as compassionate with the owners as the pets! ❤️❤️❤️
I can't say enough about the Sutton Animal Hospital. It wasn't enough that they were so sympathetic and understanding when we said goodbye to two of our beloved pets, or even through out our entire time dealing with their issues. Today we received a very nice sympathy card with a personal message inside. A class act from start to finish.
