She was snappy and vocal. Karen and her staff had told me that with regular visits for her nails she would become accustomed to the process. My old girl has sensitive hind quarters and she tends to be a little "grumble monster", but they are patient with her and do what they need to make it a comfortable, easy process for both parties involved.
