When I arrived, the person at the front desk, Neusa, knew right where my garment was and made sure they were able to get the order done right away. Someone (I believe may have been the owner/manager) even offered to bring the items to my car since I was juggling a toddler. Very impressed with the customer service. She has done everything from shorten pant hems and jacket sleeves to doing major modifications to a formal full length gown. She is very busy because she is so good at what she does, but she sticks to the timeframe that she gives you. That being said, don’t leave your alterations to the last minute!“

“I went to Lapels to fix the worn-down heels on my boots, since our local cobbler closed. Lapel's shoe repair person only comes 1x a week, so be prepared to leave your shoes for 2 weeks, but the work was amazing! For $40 my black suede boots look like new! New heels, soles, brushed and cleaned. Totally worth it. Easy drop off and pick up. I'll definitely use them again.“
