While I loved my previous stylist, I became increasingly disappointed in the services and the salon overall. All of the staff were friendly, but the sinks were overbooked, the assistants were still learning and as a result, hit or miss. Clients with appointments scheduled ahead of mine, in addition to my own appointments, began to run later and later. There was lots of “waiting” for appointments to start, for sinks, to end, and then even to just check out. Although I was happy with my hair, I was stressed and frustrated by the inconsistency of one appointment to the next. I felt more like an appointment than a valued client.I had long before heard of Jennifer’s stellar reputation and I had seen the result of her color talents on other clients. I decided to take a chance and reach out. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself. I lost nothing by leaving the other salon and gained everything booking with Jennifer.
