They are great with my dogs and get the work done quickly. I have never had any tests or treatments pushed on me like I have had at other veterinary offices, and I have never felt judged by declining an optional service. Overall, great experiences here!“

The West Concord Animal Clinic team is so kind and welcoming to Totoro and us. They have been compassionate and accommodating, particularly Ethen and Shaunna. They are organized and quick to answer our calls and requests. They are really sweet, leaving us feeling reassured that Totoro is in good hands. They clearly have a lot of knowledge about bunnies!“

Very polite, nice, courteous and knows his stuff I have been bringing my cat and my previous cat to him and he knew everything and did everything and he's just overall amazing. “The owner, Dr Tim Foster was very cutting edge when he opened his practice, decades ago. That, combined with all his years of added experience puts him above almost all other practices. His associate, Dr Irene Papamitrou, is kind and gentle with our pets and has been at the practice for many years, so she is also quite experienced. The techs and front desk staff are also competent and experienced, so this longevity is great and means everyone at the entire practice really knows your pets and you. I find their practice is typically better than some practices when it comes to getting an appointment, or needing to talk to a vet to get medical information. Unfortunately, the norm today is that you are pretty much on your own after hours to go to an urgent or emergency facility, and that also the case here. They are engaged and support their local community. The cost of services is fairly compatible with other practices, and they do offer a senior citizens discount .“
