I have been using Pioneer Oil and Propane for my oil delivery and furnace maintenance for 22 years. I have been extremely pleased with their service. Oil delivery always comes well before I need it. The service people have always been friendly and courteous and they offer a great payment plan. I have recommended them whenever I get the chance. I recently had my water heater replaced. The team was led by Ben and Ruben and they all were nice guys. I got a kick out of their loud music, because they were singing along to Disney show tunes 🤣. There were a couple of small hiccups during installation (apparently Grafton has VERY high water pressure!) but everything was completed within a few hours and they did a nice job cleaning up and drying out the space before leaving.
Hi! I highly recommend Pioneer Oil and Propane for all of your heating needs. Today, Ruben came out and performed annual maintenance on my Buderus oil-fired boiler. He did an outstanding job. I have always had great experiences with Pioneer Oil and Propane. The field technicians, phone, and billing staff have all been excellent. This past year I switched to a monthly budget plan and it has worked very well. If you are looking for a new heating provider, please consider Pioneer Oil and Propane!!!
I have been using Pioneer for 17 years and have always been extremely happy with the service. Whenever I’ve had to call the office I’ve gotten taken care of right away in a very helpful manner. I use the autopay and auto delivery and we’ve never run out of oil. The men who come to service my furnace are knowledgable and courteous. I have been impressed with their customer communications regarding Covid-19 circumstances. I highly recommend Pioneer whenever possible.
