Despite being in pain he had his tail wagging and wanting belly rubs when they came in the room and was so happy with the tech he would have probably gone home with her ? Love that you can make an appointment and see wait times online. We were even seen early. Highly recommend if you need to take your pets to urgent care. “We held our boys birthday party here (aged 10 and 3) in April and had the best day! We got to explore the whole center seeing turtles, baby racoons and birds. The party space was plenty of room for a big group like we had. The staff planning the party and day of were fantastic. Rental cost was the most reasonable of anywhere I could find that would entertain all ages! 10/10 recommend.“

“There just aren't enough words to describe my gratitude and thankfulness to a wonderful bunch of caregivers at this Animal Hospital. They were and are there during life's most difficult moments in a pet parent's life. We are always amazed at how the animals respond to Dr. Huffenus. We have dubbed him the cat and dog whisperer. Seriously. The staff are knowledgeable, supportive and empathetic. They were there helping us when we didn't know that our little 4 1/2 pound curly Chihuahua swallowed a tiny piece of grill brush. I don't know how he saw it on the X-ray. Then perform the surgery the same day as the diagnosis. When Curly had back issues, they worked with another woman there who loaned us their small dogs back brace before we could figure out what size our dog needed. And most recently, they were there when we had to let go of our 17-year-old cat Everette. They went the extra mile to try and extend his life. Ultimately, we had to let go. We were touched to find that the staff sent a sympathy card home to us. I could go on and on singing the praises of these pet doctors and staff. But my prayers go up for each, and everyone of them and their families for the kindness, generosity, and empathy that they have shown us. I thank God for them. From the bottom of our hearts, my husband and I are grateful.“

“My dog had surgery for a CCL tear last week, and the care she received was outstanding! The entire team at BVS was incredibly kind & caring, knowledgeable and professional. They made a very stressful time for me and my dog a comfortable experience. Dr. Briere took the time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. When I called to check on my dog after surgery, it was clear that she was being closely monitored. The staff member was able to immediately give me an update on her condition and even sent me a photo of her covered in blankets! I couldn't have asked for better care for my dog. By the second day after surgery, she was already able to put more weight on her leg than before surgery.“

“After a less than ideal experience with a our last vet my fiancé and I brought our cat here, and honestly we were desperate for someone who understood anxious cats. From the start we had an asking experience, I mentioned that our guy was a little spicy and the vet tech said “It’s nothing I can’t handle!” Which put our minds at ease instantly.After a check over, Dr. McMillan called me in to go over our cats history in depth. This was such a kind and caring gesture that showed me they truly care about the whole picture and work with a total understanding of the cats issues. Provided all needed medications and answered all questions. Clean environment promoting health safety. My pets tumor was removed in a timely manner with a positive outcome. “Came across this review and had to set the record straight. Found Dr. Haddad, then owner of North Main St Veterinary Clinic, in the early 90's and never looked back. Had been to veterinarians in Canton, Sharon, Stoughton, Randolph and Weymouth, but NMSV was where we stayed for 3 decades, thanks to Dr. Haddad and his very remarkable staff. Dr. Haddad never overcharged, but often, under charged for his services. Always received multi pet discounts and was never discouraged from piggy backing visits to save money and that we did, but more importantly, we received top notch care. He likely wasn't the best businessman, but he was far an away the best and most dedicated and caring veterinarian.A very humble and hard working man, he stayed on after selling to VCN. Through personal and physical issues he worked far past retirement because he cared so deeply. He is a dedicated vet who served out country in the 25th infantry division in Vietnam. Dedicated to caring for military dogs to this day. There aren't enough stars to properly award this outstanding veterinarian and human being. For ever grateful for the care he provided all our loves.“

“I absolutely love this vet, and am so surprised to see such a low rating. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences here with both the techs and vets we've seen. Yes, their prices are high, but when it comes to my pet I would rather pay for top notch service than budget for something cheaper. I have called numerous times just with questions about if my dog should be seen and have been told what to do over the phone rather than come in for an appointment. If they really did only care about money, they could've easily advised me to come in and collect. However they truly care about the animals they see. The techs all love my dog and always want to make her feel comfortable (she gets very nervous) and have found their care to be excellent. I would recommend this vet to anyone!“
