As a former military member and college football player, my body has endured its fair share of wear and tear. But Sarah's expertise in Sports Massage has been nothing short of transformative. Her adept hands and tailored approach not only alleviate my aches and rejuvenate my muscles but also equip me with renewed vigor after each session. Sarah's understanding of the body's mechanics and her ability to pinpoint and address my unique pains has been instrumental in my fitness journey. It's rare to find a therapist whose skills transcend the physical realm, offering not just relief but also motivation and support. If I could rate Sarah and IMT more than five stars, I would without hesitation. They've not only been a part of my journey but a pivotal force in redefining my limits and helping me rediscover my strength.

For me, a person not used to being taken care of because I am usually the caretaker, going for a massage is outside my comfort zone especially when it's my first time with a massage therapist I have now been to see two my first was and still is in Milton Florida and the second I met today, Sarah. Sarah made me feel at ease and explained the different techniques she was using as she thankfully worked out the trigger spots I have in my back which cause me discomfort and stiffness. If I wasn't moving back to Florida in a few weeks, Sarah would have a monthly repeat client in me.
