I called over earlier in the week, explained my plumbing needs and scheduled an appointment. In less than 24 hours, I got a follow up call from Jared, the person who would be coming on site, again the night before and then the day of, I received a text when he was on his way. Jared arrivrd with Ron. They showed up on time, came prepared with everything they needed, explained what they would be doing and got it done in far less time than I would have expected. They also identified and resolved another small issue I didn't know I had that could have been a much bigger, much more expensive, problem later. From top to bottom I had an exceptional experience. I just bought a new home and I've been hiring service professionals left and right. Boston Air is the first and only one I care to review because they're just that good. Going forward, Boston Air will be my go to experts for anything I need. I will highly recommend them to family and friends.

I would like to send a very BIG Thank You to Kevin at Boston Air Corporation for the EXCELLENT service I received today. I called to make a service appointment for my A/C unit at 1:00pm thinking it was to late for a service call today and Kevin was able to fit me in and sent Sean to my home by 1:30pm and Sean fixed my A/C problem and my A/C was up & running by 1:45pm. Peter Smith I am so glad I chose your company for my Heating & A/C needs and your WONDERFUL STAFF. Your the BEST!!!
