I have horrible experience with this place! I am done ! First I booked at MASS General, on e I was in a Boston, they called me and said that Dr. Stoughton could not see me at 1:30pm, but if I wanted she could see me later in the day, unfortunately I can not hang around Boston! call Mass General made a complain! Then I booked in Stoneham, finally saw the doctor, then got a card with a name of a person Cori, that apparently only works Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, on Thursday, May 19th, they told me she was gone for the day and only back on Tuesday, May 24, I got busy with life and called Thursday on May 26, at 8 am, to be told she is only back next Tursday, sorry , this place is not for me!

If I could give a negative star, I would. I went here to get the veingough laser treatment for small red veins on my nose. The brand was not veingough, it was vein expert and was terrible. Not only was this painful, but I ended up scarring from this service. When I called to tell them, they told me that I had to wait longer for the recovery. Well, it's now been a month and a half and I have a permanent indentation scar on my nose. I am so upset with this procedure and will end up having to get this fixed by a doctor. The woman who treated me was an Esthetician and clearly did not have enough training with this procedure. I can't say how disappointed I am, especially because I am getting married in a couple months and wanted my veins removed for my honeymoon, not to add another problem!

Beware of this place. I called and booked an appointment for a free consultation and I went in and they did other things and charged me for it without informing me that it was not part of the free consult. I called to talk to them and the woman I spoke ot said she did not know what happened because it was booked as a consult. She said she would look into it and get back to me and she never got back to me. About 4 months later I got a past due bill. I called again and they said that I saw the doctor and had to pay. I told them that thought that was the free consult which is what i orinally called to book an appointment for, and was never told any different. A second person told me they would look into it and call me back and she never did either. This place scams people. They are trying to charge me for them telling me the same thing my primary care physician told me for free and they couldn't even do what I wanted to have done in the first place. I don't recomment this place to anyone.
