I just left the Reiki Session w Sound Bowl. They were nice enough to let me in even though I was late. I really needed that intense healing energy after recently losing my job at 54 years of age. She said at one point to stand and ground ourselves, to remind us that we are strong and can stand on our own 2 feet and that we have crossed so many difficulties to get to this point. Her words hit home. This was a religious experience. ?❤️

Their Mother’s Day event blew me away! I felt so lavished! They had breakfast available in addition to welcoming clients with mimosas or tea. The plentiful staff was attentive and kind. The Medford location has enough parking and is spacious for a spa in a city. Highly recommend!

Both locations are absolutely amazing for anything you need. I do massages, workshops and yoga often and have had nothing but amazing experiences each and every time I visit. This is a great place to love yourself and start a self care journey as there are SO many offerings. Jackie is an amazing person and you can really feel she truly cares about every single person that walks through the door. So grateful to have found Serenity in the City.
