387 Lowell St, Wakefield“I am an athlete and yoga/group fitness instructor, as well as an over-50 mom with a typical desk job. After undergoing knee surgery and completing physical therapy at a large facility, I was left with limited range of motion and persistent knee pain, even after 10 sessions. I had resigned myself to the idea that my knee wouldn't improve any further. However, my fitness trainer recommended Fixxed, having had success with dry needling for his own back and shoulder issues, and I was eager to give it a try. This was back in 2020.
I met with Ariel, who combined dry needling with personalized physical therapy. Within weeks, I experienced improved strength and mobility in my knee. I also sought her help for plantar fasciitis, which was completely resolved after a few weeks of treatment. I loved how I felt after each session and appreciated that my treatments were tailored to my specific needs and highly effective, allowing me to return to my pre-surgery activity level. I continued to visit Fixxed clinicians for maintenance.
The atmosphere at Fixxed is so positive that it doesn't even feel like rehab. I am now a monthly member, receiving regular cupping and assisted stretching sessions. It's one of the best things I do for myself to keep my body feeling good.“

Setting up appointments was a breeze, the Seaport facility was accessible and well-suited to its purpose, and the whole staff’s consummate professionalism made each visit easy and enjoyable.I’d be remiss not to shout out Elicia Hickey, whose hard work, patience, responsiveness, insight, and collegiality made the whole process clear, fun, and, ultimately, effective.I would give more than five stars if I could.“

475 Harvard St, Brookline“Ithamar has saved me from pain and healed me from despair after being unable to walk for four years. I had severe arthritis and went through two hip replacements, I walked only with a walker bent sideways and hurting like hell. Ithamar made all this go away, I’m a free person now! Walking strait without even a cane.
Ithamar has a unique approach that no other PT has shown to me in the past, he is humble and kind, encouraging and one of a kind healer PT.
I’m grateful forever!
His receptionist Sara is exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful.
The place is always clean and welcoming.
I highly recommend Ithamar from Outback Brookline.“

I hurt my lower back from an accumulation of running and life. I saw a chiropractor for many weeks, wasn’t doing it. A friend recommended Barry and I couldn’t be more grateful to him. His care is outstanding from following up with you to addressing your pain and concerns, he truly cares about getting you back up and running (no pun intended). I had a lot of questions during my visits and Barry took the time to be thorough and answer each and every one of them. Running is my favorite activity and in only 2 visits I was back to feeling like my old self again. I couldn’t be happier or more thankful to Barry.“

I found traditional physical therapy so compartmentalized and cold, I never felt seen or really supported, almost like I was seen as a robot - till I found Lynn.Lynn is bringing such depth of understanding of anatomy, together with a huge variety of integrative tools, and keeps approaching my body weakness / blocks with a holistic view, curiosity, patience and care. With her support, I’m finding myself return to level of ability I often feared I might have lost for good, as well as expanding my awareness of the connectivity of my body.I fee so relieved to have found her, totally recommend her!“

“Simply the best PT I've ever been to and I've been to many over the past 30 years throughout the country and even world. Under the leadership and guidance of Stefanie, they are quite simply a place of healing. A dojo of healing is what I like to tell Stefanie. You have to put in the work like a dojo. They will meet you halfway with the treatments for pain to get you moving but as Stefanie says, movement is the lubricant. You have to put in the work. And under the guidance of their amazing Doctors of PT, you learn how to move correctly, what muscles are weak, what areas of your body are out of line and where there is an imbalance. I honestly don't think there's a business I can recommend like I can recommend this one. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment today.“
