Our gas fireplace had been broken for five years. We had had no luck getting anyone to look at it. And our fireplace is too narrow (20”) for any new style gas inserts. Vaclav carefully diagnosed it and fixed it in an hour! He clearly explained the ingenious pilot light and valve systems. We now have an extra cozy living room! Thank you so much!

Fabulous experience. Professional, experienced and punctual. Had both a plumber and an electrician look at my gas fireplace and neither of them could get it working. Called Classic Fireplace & Chimney and Vaclav was able to diagnose the issue immediately. He fixed it the same day and was very reasonably priced. Highly recommended

I had Vaclav repair and install 2 chimney caps. He came out to give me an estimate when he said he would (2 other companies never showed) and emailed me a quote a couple of days later. I sent him a deposit, he ordered the caps, and a couple of weeks later came and installed them. It wasn't an easy job since we have a 3 story Victorian with a 12/12 pitched roof.
