I recently had the pleasure of working with Boston and Cambridge Appliance Repair, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Technician James was assigned to fix my appliance, and he did an outstanding job.
From the moment James arrived, he was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the repair process in a way that was easy to understand, and got to work right away. I recently contacted this company for a dishwasher that was not draining. Was able to get a technician within 24 hours which is amazing. Technician came on time, with a 15 min heads up and was extremely professional. Fixed the issue within 15 min and only charged a reasonable service fee. 100% would use this company again for any appliance service needs!
Geralson came out on time, professional, repaired our 4 year old washing machine in 30 minutes. He was very polite and hard working. We really appreciated how efficient he was and also how easy the online booking system is. We got our repair service booked same day and it was about $50 less than a plumber or handyman. So glad we found this service for Boston area!
