I had a tub/shower remodel from Bath Fitters back in 2011. It has held up very well, for almost 13 years. Recently I noticed an air pocket and then water eventually got under the acrylic overlay. I called Bath Fitter and within 3 days it was fixed. Nick did such a great job with the tub, taking out the overlay and then resealing it. But he ran into some unforeseeable plumbing issues where very old copper pipes broke and needed to be replaced. Within a half hour Jon (the plumber) arrived and replaced those old copper pipes. I just got my tub to shower conversion, came out better than I imagined. People were great from the sales person who was very laid back. The installer John was also great did an amazing job, did a great job cleaning up after the job was complete.I had about 5 other bathroom replacement companies come in.Was blown away by how much they wanted to charge. I live in a condo on the third floor of 6 story building was not an issue for Bath Fitter. So the guys over at Bath Fitters in Stoneham, Mawere great in overall experience.

We had baths fitter come in 2006. Over 15 years eventually there was a couple of cracks and some glue was not sticking. Bath fitters came and gave us a whole new bath tub shower unit. For free. It's guaranteed for life. They are even coming back to give me my towel rail. I can't recommend this company more highly. Thank you Bath fitter for following your quality and priority to your customers - I will always recommend you.
