Jeff and the rest of his team do great work. They did a 200A service upgrade for us, which ended up being complicated for reasons beyond their control, but the work was done promptly and professionally and most importantly they kept us informed of progress and always responded very quickly. Every member of their team is attentive to details and willing to explain things and listen to concerns. They'll be first on my list the next time I need some electrical work done.

Heather has been doing my hair since I was 16. Every time I walk into Hair Society Salon, I love catching up with her and Brianna while they make my hair look amazing! Best customer service there today. Bought a car battery and even got help with installation(they do not typically do it) I was really in a bind but this place came through for me. the other car place in town said they could not install a battery since there was ony the one guy behind the counter( in reality there were three in the store all together) got it for a great price as well. I am going to be using them for all of my car care needs going forward. Good customer service DOES matter!

I have to write a review because Debbie was excellent. I went in last week for hair cut and highlights and didn't like what I had asked for. Debbie was so cool about it, and spent her Saturday giving me a completely new haircut, toner, blow-dry, and style, ( And I have A Ton of hair) um no charge!She wanted her client to be happy! Where can you get that kind of care or service now a days?! She is awesome.

Frank was very busy when I ran into problems with my shower. Water temp was way too hot and could not control temp, so I called for an appt. I was answered by the very capable and efficient Kara, who helped me get an expedited service call, and Frank was there as promised with the needed part and took care of us quickly, and even had to run out for a part that was failing and returned in minutes and got us back on line. Great personal service from Frank, and his office contact Kara who was always available to answer last minute questions, and provide personal service, etc.
Chuck is amazingly reliable, fair and thorough. I would give him 10 stars. Has helped me out on numerous occasions. Some emergencies. I say everyone who needs a plumber, he's your guy!!!

If you need a plumber do not hesitate to contact Powderhouse Plumbing. I had not only a clog problem in a kitchen sink drain but worse than that my drain pipe started leaking. Part of the old drain pipe was removed and new pipe was installed. A quick snaking of pipe line found and solved the clog problem. I am very satisfied with the professional handling of this problem. Don't hesitate to contact this plumbing company!

Called Mirley electric for first time yesterday for someone local quickly, I overpowered a plug and it blew out and my fridege , ac, desposal and dishwasher went out, they came out in about 1/2 hr! and replaced plug quickly and efficiently.
Penney Electric team is the best! I had lost power and was the only unit in my building. Call Penney Electric and they responded promptly without any hesitation. It turned out to be a switch had malfunctioned in the main electrical room and power came back on within an hour. Penney Electric does work for our condo complex and have always been professional. I would not hesitate to call them again for any work.

John Sharpe is such an expert with mold removal and prevention. He came to our house twice - one to remove mold and install mold resistant flooring, and second to inspect another reoccurance of mold. Both times he was incredibly professional and patiently explained how mold growth forms. He also gave us very tactical next steps which is so helpful for me as a first time homeowner who knows nothing about mold. Dr. Leonard and her staff were amazing in removing a squamous cell carcinoma from my nose two weeks ago. Initial meeting calmed all my fears, she was extremely professional , responsive and empathetic with my situation. On day of actual surgery I knew I had the best team I could possibly have and resulted in a good outcome in both healing and making sure all the squamous was taken out , with over 20K cases of experience she is the best of the best, we drove 2 hours to get to her , thank you Dr. Leonard, you are awesome!

This review is long overdue! Janelle is amazing with every dog, including mine! I have been taking Rainier to her for last 2.5 years now. What I love about her and this place is that she doesn’t take all dogs at the same time and keeping them for 6+ hours (yes, I have been to many groomers in last 5 years) and she is fast and efficient- Rainier is out within 1.5 hrs max looking dapper every time ?
