Jim exemplifies honesty and integrity. He has helped my mother on two separate occasions (once with a cracked outdoor water faucet and servicing a tankless water heater). He was honest, gave us the fairest price and was incredibly professional. He was the first person we contacted when our water heater tank gave out over the weekend. All Phases was responsive and showed up and was totally cool with me informing him that my primary plumber was responding. We had two pipes burst from the cold snap and my neighbor recommended them - I would use them if my primary plumber couldn't help out.
