About Valley Womens Health Group
Valley Women's Health Group provides medical care under the supervision of doctors like Dr. Thompson and Dr. Cahill. Some patients report positive experiences, praising Dr. Cahill's understanding and care throughout the years, including delivering their children. However, other patients express dissatisfaction with the office administration. They cite lengthy processing times for paperwork and unexpected charges for medical releases as major drawbacks. Despite positive interactions with some doctors, the overall experience is mixed due to these administrative issues.
MybGYN, Dr. Haddad just retired last year. I had Dr. Denham prior but she is just and OB now??? I left a message to call me. It wasn’t the normal route call number. Same number but someone’s specific extension???
It was just ok. The front office was friendly. The nurse that took my history was a bit too chatty but nice. I liked the doctor (older African American doctor) but I felt the interaction was just “basic”. I had offered to submit all my previous records from my previous provider in Florida who had done surgery etc and was told “we don’t need those”. That was a big red glad for me. While it wasn’t the worst experience I will probably look to establish care elsewhere
Happy with my medical care from Dr Thompson but WOW the way this office is ran is a nightmare. Charging 15 for you to sign a medical release (I needed 2 for different employers, so charged me 30) then come to find out that all leave of absence paperwork takes 3 weeks to be sent off?!? I’ve been on medical leaves before and this is crazy! Hire more staff, restructure…. Something! Patient care doesn’t end at the end of the office visit!
