I needed a small but crucial part for my revolver and looked everywhere to no avail. Finally called the mother ship and the cheerful lady took my request and said she would have it sent same day....at no charge. Great service like this gets 5 stars from me every time. Thanks S&W
Best guns I ever owned, very fun to shoot and good quality. I bought my first S&W gun because of an ad on Facebook and didn't look back. Personally, I've never had problems with buying, shipping, or rebates of any of my guns. And when I'm out shooting I get compliments on both the looks, quality, and durability. My favorite is the FPC because it's very accurate, I recommend it.
I’ve been using and shooting S&W firearms for over 53 years, and have had over 120 hand guns and 20 long guns over those years. I love all my Smiths,I also have quite a few other popular brands, some I’ve keep, but mostly my S&W hold a special place in my heart. From my 19 357 to uncontrollable 500 monster and all in between. I’ve never been let down with any wheel guns. When I needed to send back my original 29 nickel it came back like new. This is a great company to deal with.
