Jason Ospina was excellent. He was on time, patiently explained the process to me and allowed me to accompany him when he traced the soil pipes. Once he put the snake into the pipe, he found the blockage and cleaned it quickly. He also left the area below my kitchen sink cleaner than it was when he started.
R-R Responded quickly, Unplugged the drain immediately, and Cleaned up perfectly! Very satisfied with the job. Note: Rooter-Rooter was the only company that responded the same day. Two responded the next day, saying they did not unplug drains. (Question: is -$566.10 The going rate for a routine unplugging job?)
I just had work done for water damage and i called Roto Rooter who answered my call immediately and they were at my home in less than 3 hours, 2 of their technicians Anthony and Lena helped me fill out my claim for my insurance company. I was assigned 2 techs Brian and Anthony from water restoration and when i tell you they sent the best 2 men to do the work - the fans were installed on Monday 9/2 and removed them today 9/6 - Brian and Anthony were here everyday monitoring the fans. Needless to say im a happy Roto Rooter customer
