I mistakenly emailed them (I thought it was municipal/county animal control and not a business) about a legal question regarding injured deer involved in vehicle collisions. They responded very quickly (they could have just ignored my email) and explained they were not in a position to answer that and provided contact info for animal control. They obviously knew I wasn't reaching out for business, yet they took time to respond anyways in a prompt and kind manner.“

“I cannot say enough great things about Dave! He squeezed us in at the end of his day because we had many yellow jackets inside our home. He took care of the ones inside and treated the perimeter of the house. There was an immediate improvement and the yellow jackets have not returned. I don’t expect to need to use my warranty but based on his responsiveness to my original call I have no doubt he would be back if we needed him! I highly recommend Tactical Pest Solutions.“
