This place truly makes sad situations even sadder. Our son & I have been leaving things for my sons father since he passed a little over a year ago and they either throw the items away that same day or the next day. I actually caught them once too. I’ve followed all rules and regulations so it’s nothing to do with that. They have a private company come do lawn care and they truly have no compassion or understanding in their lives clearly. Not only that they’re not following the rules and regulations at that point themselves! There has to be some kind of mutual understanding met between cemetery owners and families who expect our loved ones to rest here peacefully....read full review

Why is the cementary only open until 4pm? Most people work during the week & the weekends you are closed. Any local cemetery is open at 8 a.m. until dusk. And your not open on Mother's Day.

I've lived close to Oak Grove Cemetery all my life. I find it well kept. The only complaint I have is all the balloons, fake flowers, and plastic items are starting to take away from the peaceful setting it use to be. Would like to see management remove these items as stated in your regulations as not permitted items. A cemetery shouldn't look like a circus.
