We hired Major Home Improvements to add two dormers on to our cape and the renovation came out better than I ever imagined! Tom, Vasilie, Vlad and his team were all easy to work with, professional, and took pride in the quality of their work! They made sure everything was done properly and they cleaned up everything at the end of each day. I highly recommend using them for your next project!

ROOF INSTALLATION: CertainTeed Grand Manor, Slate look asphalt shingles. After numerous quotes and consultations for our farmhouse in Westfield, MA, we were inclined to work with Major Home Improvements because of their professionalism from the start. Vitaliy the owner has personally visited the job site multiple times and offered an extensive knowledgeable opinion that made us make some amazing changes (the pitch of the roof and Gable vs hip) that completely transformed the look of the farmhouse! Major Home Improvements did an A+ job on replacing the plywood and shingles of our roof. The workers got everything done in one day and cleaned up our outside lawn of all trash produced during the job. They also fixed a leak in our roof and repaired the inside ceiling affected by the leak along with the side house beam. All workers were courteous and willing to please any of our requests.
