Hurley & David is the best Heating & Air conditioning Service around!!! We are so happy that we finally found a company that we can trust and rely on for our central air/furnace needs. This company came out to help us when no other company would give us the time of day. Everyone is very professional and very helpful. We signed up for regular maintenance for our a/c and heat unit and its been so very helpful with keeping our unit running super smoothly. Every technician that has come out to our house has been extremely professional and very friendly. I had Hurley & David come out to our home in Wilbraham for a maintenance on our furnaces. It was the first time we had them looked at since we purchased the house 5 years ago and thought it was time- boy were we right !! Macauley was very friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. It turns out one of our furnaces had a cracked heat exchanger, which can emit deadly CO into the home if used. Thank goodness he identified it and alerted us before we had to use it this season. From the office staff to Macauley, this is a company that cares and upholds their values. 1000/10 recommend!
Andrew Segarra came out to troubleshoot a WiFi connection issue with one of our mini splits and to walk us through how to use the remote flair system and Honeywell t10 thermostat and remote residio app. Andrew was professional, courteous, and kept at it until the issue was completely resolved and we understood how to use the complete system to our fullest advantage. Once again HD Air and its staff met and exceeded our expectations. We give Andrew an A+, along with other technicians and installer Brian and Brandon!
