They are the absolute nicest. Very kind, warm and knowledgeable. My son needed a repair done and the man was so sweet. He made us laugh, went to the back and had everything fixed up in a snap. Thank you so much ❤️

Customer service at this local small business is exceptional! I definitely recommend anyone to come here for all their optical needs and service. My toddler rolled over on my eye glasses and broke a temple. My glasses were from overseas so I wouldn’t be able to contact the manufacturer/ company. I went to another optical office and was told they didn’t have the right replacement part to fix it. I thought I’d have to get brand new eye glasses. But, I stopped by Edmund’s Opticians one morning to see if they could help me with my eye glass repair. The owner was so extremely nice. moved over here from newyork and my lens broke. so i searched this place up on google and i must say best service ive encountered in a optical. super friendly and fixed my lens in about 20 minutes. will be coming here for all my vision needs in the future.
