This was my first time here and I usually do not write a Review. The staff were all very friendly and Doctor Cecily Wiswall was Amazing. She didn't rush at all and was thorough with every part of my health. She answered all my questions and even looked up a vitamin I was taking to make sure it was right for me! Even the woman who makes the schedule and man who weighed me and took blood pressure were kind and happy! I can't say enough how refreshing it was to have such happy people take care of all my needs!

I call here and I am put on hold for way too long. The security there is very rude and the attitudes that are given to people from the secretaries and nurses is a bit rude at times. The security did not allow me to have my ada scooter next to me with all my personal belongings it's the only I get around and also my appointment didn't have me go in until 2 hours after my appointment. I have never met my primary care and it's always the associates or the place is so booked. I have been on hold still going on a half hour. Just about. All the other primary care places don't have security but this place seems to need it. But the unnecessary attitudes shouldn't even be there when people have health problems and are already stressed out.
