I can't say enough about the professionalism of the optical team! The team is kind and patient. They have a great variety of quality frames and lenses. Their goal is to make you look your best!I am so pleased! Can't say thank you enough!

Above and beyond! LeAnn let my mother in the door the other day just 10 minutes before the shop was due to close and stayed 45 minutes late to help my mother out! Amazing customer service!!!

Baystate Optical is great. I have been getting glasses there for 10 years. They accept insurance, so you get a discount. All the staff is professional, but I prefer Carol. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
