I was helping a freind with her plumbing problem, so i needed to go to bay state plumbing. Because i don't know the names of some plumbing part, i was traying to explain it to the employee at the front desk. He help me with everything i needed and telling me the names and making sure that i had everything i need to solve the problem. Even a plumber that was there to buy step in to help me with all i needed. To all employees at bay state plumbing thanks for going an extra mile to help those who are not professional in the plumbing industry.

I hate plumbing projects, and I let Matt at the parts counter know it. I explained my problem, and he was able to give me exactly what I needed. Once he identified what I needed, he answered all of the questions I had about how to do it. I know they usually deal with professional plumbers, so it was greatly appreciated that they were able to help out someone that is very much not a professional!
