First time with Bartels after 40+ years of pool ownership.We have had a variety of pool contractors, regarding whom additional comment might be quite variable.For us, this "first time" was a terrific service experience -- including the initial office call,.The pool techs actually "visited" our pool weeks ahead (to check for unusual features affecting pool-close).Seasonal closure of our pool was remarkably smooth and neat.So far, only superlatives. They installed our inground in the early 80s & it’s still beautiful with no issues. We did replace our filter & liner this year( we had not opened our pool in 4-5years it was a mess) & choose to use them again. It came out beautiful! They were fast, friendly, cleaned up after themselves & worked with us on price. We could not be happier. Highly recommend them. Wish I could post pictures of our before and after.

I had Bob install my pool 15 years ago.( was recommended by my neighbor)Great job at a fair price and when I need service done , there very promp and again fair price. I highly recommend them.
