My wife and I are very pleased with the exceptional service provided by the RESCON team. Our first ever homeowner's claim relied upon our insurance company selecting a reputable firm, and we're glad they selected RESCON.In the beginning of the clean up effort, we were naturally apprehensive about how the restoration would progress. Our concerns were respected by the RESCON team, and a restoration project manager was assigned to our project. We need to express our sincere thanks to **************, the project manager, for his professionalism and commitment to get the job done. He visited our home, explained how he would proceed with the restoration, outlined a schedule for completion, and was in contact by phone and text every day. It turned out he arranged to start the restoration two days earler than the original plan, and the project was completed in only two days instead of three. For the entire project, RESCON allowed us to set the pace, live up to their promises, and relieved us of worry over a stressful situation.**************

We read the negative reviews of ARS and almost didn't hire them. After meeting with with their team, we went ahead. It's now just about 40 hours after the fire and they are doing an exceptional job, and on a Sunday no less.... couldn't ask for more.Professional, Polite, courteous, compassionate....thank you so much.They have the right connections, with the right people, to get the job done.I'll update this as the rebuilding and restoration continues....right now I have nothing but praise for them. Don't go by old reviews as I almost did.
