I adopted a new dog (after being with Spencer Vet for many years) My new dog was established with another vet, I started to bring him there, but after several visits I realized that I was not happy with the new establishment. I called Spencer Vet and they gave me an appointment within 2 days. It was a very positive experience, not only for me but for my new dog as well. I felt like I was where we belonged and missed the staff as well. I'd like to make a special shout out to not only Dr. Fagerquist, but Shanelle and Brooke as well for their wonderful dog side manner and assistance. I would recommend them highly!!!
Without a doubt Spencer Vet Hospital is the only place I would trust with my pets. They are compassionate, professional and very knowledgeable. Today Shanelle and Brook made sure Wilson was comfortable and getting his vaccines were a chance to see his friends- never a scary experience. The entire team works together to make each visit personal and enjoyable.
