“We had such a great experience with BBS. Rosa and Ciro were always in communication with us and helped with all of our insurance claim issues. Originally, our insurance company was not going to cover much for water damaged we had throughout the house. We had BBS directly contact our insurance agent, and they were able to help us get approval for all damages to be fully covered - a new roof and completely new hardwood floors in 3 bedrooms that had water damage from roof leaks.
