“The best place to get a pedicure! Friendly staff. They offer a variety spa packages. Very clean, all tools come out of a new package, stations are always wiped down before taking a new customer.

“Stylist: My stylist, Chris, was fantastic, he accommodated me at the end of the day when my appointment with another stylist fell through. He was friendly and didn't rush, giving me a beautiful style and blowout exactly as I'd pictured it. He was happy to share advice, when asked, on how to keep my hair clean and healthy which I'm eager to try out! He's relatively new to the salon so this was my first experience with him but he has been cutting and styling hair for years and you can tell how experienced he is through his technique and the ease he exhibits. “I live almost 2 hours away, I came on a trip this week and I visited the salon on a whim. I had low expectations given my history with leaving salons disappointed in the past. I brought my toddler in with me to my appointment and the staff were so friendly and had a welcoming environment. My artist Lee was very patient and allowed me to take breaks as needed to tend to my son. The salon was clean and organized, had a bright and open environment and while I was there I only witnessed happy customers and good interactions. I left a happy and devoted customer, only coming here from now on

Stylist: My artist was Lee and he by far surpassed my expectations for a nail stylist. I have never been happy with my nails leaving a salon and I have no words for my service aside from I'm OBSESSED. Lee was kind, patient, gentle, and had a keen sense of attention to detail. He took his time and even tried a new technique on my nails and they came out phenomenal. I live an hour and 45 minutes away and I can honestly say I'll come back to get my nails done by Lee specifically from now on when I can afford the services. I can happily say I've found my go to salon and my favorite artist.“

“I have to admit I pamper myself with a pedicure at Signature Touch and it’s just the best. The beautiful setting on the edge of Sturbridge Village is like being miles away. So peaceful. Heather is constantly gracious and delightful. I get to relax and be so happy with my toes. If you haven’t found them yet, it’s a treat.“

The shop is immaculate and she has taken the COVID-19 restrictions and routines seriously since reopening a few months ago. “14 years loyal customer. Family owned and operated business. Everyone is polite, accommodating and hardworking. They also interact with their customers in a friendly conversation. The place is clean and well maintained. Prices are very reasonable for the services customers want. Yes, you need to make an appointment just like everywhere else, but occasionally they take walk ins in case of downtime or cancellations. Highly recommend!“
