“This is the company you want to clean your rugs. Mark spent about 6 hours over 3 days doing whatever it took to make me satisfied and I can't even describe how. Happy I am with the results. I had a mold issue under my rug from a leaky inside crawl space thar caused brown spots to appear days after he cleaned it. Old rug that looked fine after reclean but I decided to get rid of it and get a new one. Mark came a 3rd day and moved my furniture cleaned the mold off the hardwood floor and installed my new rug to make me happy and still didn't want to charge me more than the 60 bucks I paid. Of course I tipped him fat and it was just exhilarating to find an honest company that truly cared about me being satisfied.
