Such a wonderful and inviting place. Dhira Yoga Center is perfect for all skill levels, and explores many different aspects of yoga. Michael is knowledgeable, funny, and kind , and truly such a pleasure being able to practice yoga with him. All of the teachers are fantastic, and there is a class for everyone. Do yourself a favor, and if you’ve ever thought about trying yoga, just take the plunge. Cannot recommend this studio enough!

I have been taking classes at Dhira Yoga Center for about 10 months now, and I am also enrolled in the Teacher Training Program. The studio is beautiful, and the teachers and community are wonderful. I’ve learned so much already and continue to deepen my practice both on and off the mat with the support of Michael and his teachings. I’m so glad I came to Dhira and made yoga a part of my daily life. I’ll never stop practicing. Namaste!
