“We just recently purchased a house in north granby with an existing pellet stove. We called bob in to give it a tune up and install a chimney liner. After using the stove we realized it was as cheap as bob warned us. 1 month of using the old stove it quit on us. Called bob on a Tuesday, by Friday him in his team were at our home installing our new top of the line st croix stove. Bob was professional personable and very knowledgeable the whole time.
