I started this program May 4th, its a 3 month program I have less than 2 weeks to go and I have lost 22 lbs. I only need to lose 2 more. It's helped me eat better and love myself even more! the best part of Alternative Health is its staff. John, Patty, Taren and I just met Ashley! THIS WORKS FELLOW WEIGHT STRUGGLERS!! The staff here really cares about their clients overall health and well being. They are always helpful and friendly and take the time to really look into your each persons situation . If you are tired of the way you feel this place is the place for you! They go above and beyond to treat you right!

Great and knowledgeable staff! John has 3 separate locations all of which have been in business for years! My mom has done several detox sessions and I've done countless body wraps! Whether your looking for a short ear candling appointment or a half day of beauty this is your stop. Their product line mil's is fabulous as well great smelling products with visible results!
