Where do I begin! Justine Therese Hair is absolutely amazing! Not only does she provide a luxurious experience, she is so knowledgable and breaks down information for you during your appointment to help you better understand your hair. She makes her chair a super welcoming space! I have experienced a haircut and scalp facial with her and I'm wondering how I went without it! If I could give 10 stars I would!
I have been to many places for a dog wash and nail trimming. This establishment is outstanding. All of the wash equipment works well every time, soap, towels, perfect dryers all supplied. The wash tub lowers for older dogs to get in, but then raises up so you can wash your dog at a comfortable height. Every employee I have talk to is very professional and polite. The owner has a desire and attitude to not only be concerned about the dog, but also wants to make sure the person is 100% satisfied. I am not connected with this business, but believe it is an excellent business model.
I met Justine a few months ago and we instantly clicked! She is so warm, welcoming, and so knowledgeable! She told me so much about my hair type and I honestly am so grateful for the experience! Will be coming back to see her again!

Environment 1st was a recommendation from a friend to use at our Church and Brian came out to evaluate and was very personable, responsive to our concerns, and communicated clearly how his team would help us out. So, to be honest, I didn't actually buy a car from here. Rather, I went to the garage located on site for some major car repair.They did a very good job. It's been a little while since I got my car back, and it is still running well. What's more, the prices changed were very reasonable.The mechanic in charge was very understanding of my anxiety and kept me updated on every step of the way.I'll definitely come back here next time I need work done I can't do myself.

I’ve had two appointments at Salon Amici so far and both times my hair came out amazing! At my most recent visit (today), I went in wanting to go short but I wasn’t entirely entirely sure what I wanted. I asked my stylist’s opinion, and boy, did she come through! Baker mason contractors are the best. They are on time and have great communication! The are knowledgable and helpful. Both jobs that i hired them they came in on budget and the work was amazing. I highly recommend Baker Mason conctractors for anything stone related.
I have been going to Jaimie for11 years now. We used to live in Southwick. In 2014 we moved across the river to Hampden. I still go to Serenity Salon! She is a great colorist, and she gives great cuts too!
Lisa is very accommodating, great with pups and does a wonderful job with their cuts. I inquired for an appointment for both of my small dogs and was offered an appointment within a week. She was professional, affordable and my dog’s new haircuts look great. We will definitely be using Lisa moving forward for our dog grooming needs and highly recommend her if you’re in need of a groomer! Thanks again, Lisa!

I am very thankful for Christianna and Lauren in the Southwick office. I have been going there since the end of February and they have been great! Very knowledgeable and attentive to the needs of their patients.We've had some laughs during my recovery along with some great conversations. Today was my last visit for now. I had my first haircut at this salon today with Natalie. Natalie is such a gem! She is very personable, and really listened to what I wanted. I was making a big change, and she was great about telling me what she thought would work, and what we should tweak for my specific hair/face shape. She took her time and really paid attention to the details.
As a side note, I love the organic products at the salon! I came out of the salon with my hair feeling so soft and healthy!

My appointment was for a full balyage and hair cut, Ashley cut my hair and Torrie colored it ~ would highly recommend! This summer, we had the pleasure of hiring Tynic Landscaping, owned by Scott Lamon, to install a patio, stairs, and a walkway leading to our pool. Given the size of the project and the challenging slope of our yard, we knew it wouldn’t be easy. Can’t say how much I love this salon! The girls there are so friendly and welcoming. They do such a good job at keeping it clean and organized. I always love the KBL! They are always looking on ways to improve the salon which is amazing. It’s such a great environment and I love all the products with so many options. It’s in such a great location! The girls are so well educated on safe tanning procedures so it’s definitely a great place to start tanning for the first time!
I started this program May 4th, its a 3 month program I have less than 2 weeks to go and I have lost 22 lbs. I only need to lose 2 more. I always enjoy and appreciate the service and atmosphere at Happy Nails. Their salon is clean and the service is kind and efficient. The prices are average for the area.
Since the new owners took over, it has been a great experience.
Salon is clean and much better than before. They are friendly and do a great job on my pedicures. Prices are a little higher. $45 for a basic gel pedicure which is normally $35. Otherwise I would have rated them a 5.
Have been getting my eye care from Mike for over a decade and I won’t go anywhere else!! I would give 10 stars. He is accommodating, concerned, takes pride in his work. He has a great eye for what works and what doesn’t. I find extremely helpful in an area that is not my expertise.
