This place is my number place for pets. Staff super friendly an caring of your pet. They take care of your pets needs an make your pet even better to deal with.we took our cat binx here to get neutered an he's so chill an relaxed..I highly recommend this place for fast service an great customer service..Make sure pets are in a carrier..enjoy
I brought my male cat to several other vets. They all refused to take him cause he is bit of a meanie. But this place had no problem and were very nice and gentle with him even though he hissed, tried to scratch and bite. This is a true vet one that can handle any kind of pet.
So far so good. I visited the North Brookfield office years ago but this new Southbridge office is more convenient. The staff was great! The tech took the time to explain the services they were providing. They actually listen to the customer. I did experience some delays in phone/email response, but they will respond. Cost is reasonable too.
