My firm has been using TOSS since early 2014 and find them to be very responsive. The staff at TOSS took the time to understand our needs and our limitations concerning our IT knowledge. We made the decision to go 100% into the Cloud, which allows us to concentrate on our business instead of software updates and backups. As an accounting firm we can't afford to be down and have found TOSS to be a valuable partner in our business. I have, and will continue to recommend TOSS to clients and other business people.
From start to finish the experience with TOSS C3 was exceptional from their technical knowledge aspects, the personnel involved and the ease of the entire process - I wish all my vendor interactions were as great as this was. Thanks for the work to help us keep our District secure.
