“We woke up Christmas Eve morning and our heat was broken….It was absolutely frigid and approximately 20 degrees outside and only 40 degrees in the house; it was so cold in the house that you could literally see your breath, inside. We called Regan HVAC and although we were on hold for a little, when we got through, we spoke with Jessica, who was SO nice and understanding. As expected, they were absolutely slammed due to the winter storm the night prior. Jessica explained that they were really busy, but they’d send someone out ASAP. About an hour later, the technician Joe arrived at the house. He fixed the heat within 5 minutes and explained the issue in detail and offered solutions. Although, he couldn’t permanently repair the issue as he didn’t have the parts, he still made sure the heat was working before leaving. He said he had about 13 calls after us to go to, but he didn’t rush the repair and was very clear, patiently answering the questions we had. “Finding a reasonably priced plumbing contractor in Hudson has been difficult. Until, I found Mike Gill. He is a residential plumbing contractor with knowledge. Very responsive . As an Architect, I highly recommend him and will use him again. He is not a flat rate contractor so he is alot less expensive. Residential only.“

“A neighbor referred me to Di Matteo Plumbing. I was looking at replacing an old water heater 50 gal tank to a small energy efficient tankless water heater. I had received quotes for several big name plumbing companies in the area. This was a bigger job but I did some research on costing etc and the big companies were off the reservation. DiMatteo was the only company that provided me a reasonable quote and I liked the idea of the father/son family concept. I didn't really vet whether they did these changeouts but entrusted them with the project. I was NOT disappointed. Enio guided by dad did a BANGOUT JOB. They did go above and beyond my expectations. They came on-time, did the job in the expected timeframe and built a custom shelf for the water to be snuggly mounted into the wall. The only hiccup in the operation was when my dog Cosmo took the liberty of introducing himself to Enio's dad. Enio's dad does not like dogs. They even fixed the blemishes that the other high priced plumbers left without asking. 5 stars. I highly recommend Di Matteo plumbing.“
