Christopher was the most outstanding representative I can remember having the pleasure to work with from any company. He handled my paperwork and payment, then very skillfully took my blood, AND engaged in friendly conversation throughout our interaction. Thank you!
They shipped out the sample for me and kindly froze my cold packs for shipping. The blood draw was painless and the staff very knowledgeable and helpful! I leaned my vein is curved inward. I had to reschedule my appointment twice and they were accommodating to the sensitive timing of shipping my samples. I liked the atmosphere and it was clean and quick service. I plan to go there again for future testing ordered by my nutritionist.
Chris did a wonderful job amazing our appointment, greeting us and walking us through admin then taking my daughter’s blood with care. He did such a wonderful job and made us both feel comfortable. He has a calm, gentle nature. I was impressed that the lab would take care of the entire processing, assembly and shipping of our collections. I am so pleased.
