Several years ago, we engaged Diamond Comfort to install 2 mini-spilts in our home. They did a great job and handled all of the paperwork for the various rebates available to us. We have since moved, and in the new house we have two pre-existing mini-splits, whose last service was unknown. I called Diamond Comfort to come out and service the units. The technician (Aleisha) was prompt and efficient. She asked a few questions about how the units had been operating to ensure she addressed our concerns, and performed the maintenance, giving us peace of mind for the winter. She also cleaned up, leaving no trace of any equipment or cleaning supplies. We highly recommend Diamond Comfort for installation and servicing.

**Highly recommended **I needed an eye exam, contacts, and glasses and I needed them fast! I was able to easily schedule an appointment online and fill out the questionnaire. The staff were welcoming and informative as I was able to be seen in a timely manner. I was skeptical at first about their digital eye exam, I asked myself, how could this really work? Will it be worth it? Will I still get that one on one compassionate care? Short answer, yes!! The visit and care team involved both in person and online aspects. The team was able to answer any and all of my questions, evaluate my eye health status, and make any changes needed to my prescription lenses and contacts! I will definitely be going back for any future appointments needed!

I had a minor dental emergency this morning and called Southampton Family Dentistry and explained my situation. They told me to come right in and they would fit me in. Within 10 minutes of my arrival Dr. Craven saw and treated me. I left there very happy with the treatment he provided. And at the close of his business day he followed up with a telephone call to me asking how I was doing. I truly appreciated his concern.
This is a great gym with caring, professional staff. We had an issue and Nick was quick, professional and reactive to our needs. Really, truly impressed with the customer service and their kindness. Would recommend highly to anyone thinking about joining a quality fitness center.
