“Why five stars you may ask. Please let me start with my first phone call to EcoGeek Pest Control. The office staff, a women I spoke with was polite, passionate and kind. She worked with me to first relax my anxiety and then set up an on site inspection at my convenience.
This is when I met inspector Dan. During his inspection he brought the same qualities as the office staff member. As I walked with him watching his every move he took the time to explain what he found and just as important what he did not find. Again bring relief to the situation.
Next came the treatment and installation of the monitoring stations. This is when I met Jeremy. He was patient with my questions and concerns of the treatment and environment. All while working steadfast to complete the task.
Then came the every other month inspections of the monitoring devices. This is when I met Mark. Mark explained in detail what the stations will show both good and bad on his first visit. Mark always greets me by name on returning visits and ask how my family is doing as he makes his inspections. I look forward to seeing him.
To sum it up to the owner (s) and the staff which I’ll call a team. You’re doing it right. This team is welcoming, confident, courteous, patient and professional.
