I had contacted another company who sent an estimator who thought he saw an easy mark. Did all he could to upsell and basically take advantage of me. The Coastal estimator listened to me, saw what needed to be replaced, assessed what could be reused, etc. His honesty and professionalism impressed me so much. I will be a solid Coastal customer from now on.

Excellent experience - highly recommend based on my experience. My central a/c compressor burned out after 20+ years. They provided a competitive quote with quality equipment and completed the work exactly as quoted and when they said they would. Everyone I interfaced with was polite and professional. We bought an old house and took it down to the studs. We used every trade in Coastal as our backbone to build it up again over 2+ years, and what an outstanding job they did! OMG! They are reliable, exceptional accurate and diligent workers, and plain nice people.
