We called for a washing machine repair during July 4th week. The technician came out exactly when they said he would and was able to fix the machine in less than an hour during the busiest week of the season. He gave us some good advice and definitely saved us from having to buy a new machine.
All Cape Appliance's service is topnotch. I have been using them for years and they have never disappointed me. It's easy to get an appointment scheduled at my convenience, and the last few times I've needed service on my relatively new refrigerator Carlos has been the repair man. Carlos is knowledgeable about what parts are needed and how to get the problem fixed quickly the first time. He is friendly and polite, arrives within the promised time frame, and calls shortly before his arrival to let us know he's on the way. I couldn't ask for a more pleasant and effective repair man. This was my first experience with All Cape Appliance. Carlos came and fixed our stovetop and he was really terrific in all ways. I can't recommend him highly enough. Also, Christine was great at calling and keeping us updated on everything. Thanks so much.
