Great center overall. The doctors and nurse practitioner are excellent. I saw Rachelle Berbine, NP, and she was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She provided helpful referrals to a dietitian, the motility clinic at Mass General, and ordered a CT scan for further evaluation. I have IBS-C, gastroparesis, and SMA syndrome, and she has supported me in multiple ways with a clear and proactive approach to my care.
It did take about two months to initially get an appointment, but I recommend calling regularly to check for cancellations—I was able to get in much sooner that way. Overall, a very positive experience.
This is such a nice and clean place with very friendly staff. There is an amenities center down the hallway if you're waiting on a loved on (the snacks, coffee, tea all free!). I was incredibly nervous about my endoscope procedure but the nurses were very thorough and calmed my nerves. Dr. Kenney did my procedure and was very kind and reassuring. The anesthesiologist, Dr. Rivera, was great as well. Overall a very positive experience for a procedure I have never had and which I felt very nervous about! Oh! I also got warm blankets and grippy socks :)
Dr. Nass is brilliant have lots of Gi problems been through 11 different gi doctors he
actually listens to the patient and doesn't quit until he gets to bottom of issues. Caring and empathetic genuinely
