I would highly recommend to anyone in the south shore area. Always on time and never disappoint. I have been using them for the last two years and the experience with the staff has been one of a kind.

I passed by this place and was intrigued by the ZIPPER HOSPITAL sign. My beloved leather jacket had had a broken zipper for more than ten years and I had thought it would always be that way. But they took it and replaced the zipper and it looks like it was always part of the jacket. I'll take it back soon to get a zipper on the inner pocket.

I am so happy with the alterations on my jacket. It looks "better than new," if that's even possible! Bob, the rep at the front desk was so polite, professional, and efficient. I won't go anywhere else.
